A. Region Chairman shall total pts each month.
B. Divide monthly total pts by number of am=total points per am per month.
C. Add each months total pts per am to previous months total = total pts
per am per year.
Each Region will receive a first, second, third and fourth place club award
based on highest number of pts per am per year per club.
Club in District 4-C1 with most pts per am per year = Top Club of the
District. (First place only)
