1. Highest membership gained and retained in the District will be recognized.
   
2. Membership gains will be judged by number rather then percentage.
   
3. There will be a first and second place award.
   
4. Contest to start on April 1st and end March 31st, prior to the District Convention.
   
5. Information will be taken from the club MMR reports.
