& a Prayer more then once, or attend the Hearing Association meetings
regularly, or your club has an on-going project.
NOTE: No points can be awarded unless information is shown on an official
P&A club report, covering the contest period of April 1 to March 31,
preceding the 4-C1 Convention. If copy of P&A is not on an OFFICIAL P&A
report form, the Awards Chairman will not award 5th of month points.
NOTE: There will be one #1 Club, one #2 Top Club, and one #3 Top Club award.
* The Convention for the prior year is held in April of the current contest
period. For a Club to earn these points, their delegates must have attended the
Convention held in April of the contest period.
EXAMPLE: The Club has three (3) delegates who attend and voted at the April
Convention, the club would now be eligible to earn these points. Conversely,
Clubs not sending delegates to the Convention would NOT be eligible.
