Welcome to the Lions Club District 4-C1 website! Our district is comprised of Lion, Lioness and Leo clubs throughout Northern California in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, and Yuba counties... and, not to be overlooked, the State of Jefferson.
