An award will be given to the Club having the highest percentage of members present at the District 4-C1 Convention. The percentage will be based on active members. (those members attending only the golf tournament will not be counted,) This information (convention attendance) will be gained from the Convention Credentials Chairman and the Region Chairman. The percentage will be based on the ratio of members present and registered versus the club's active membership as of their March MMR. |
