The District Bulletin Contest uses the following guidelines:
1. Contest dates: Start April 1 and ends March 31 prior to District
Convention.
2. Awards are given in three (3) categories:
(a) Weekly

(b) Semi-monthly
|
(c) Monthly
|
3. Bulletins shall be mailed (or hand-delivered) to:
(a) District Governor
|
(b) Vice District Governor
|
(c) Club's Region Chairman
|
(d) Club's Zone Chairman
|
(e) District Awards Chairman
|
(f) District Newsletter Editor
|
4. There will be First and Second Awards in each category.
5. POINTS SYSTEM FOR JUDGING BULLETINS:
(a) Regularity of issue (date published)
